Electronic labels are a simple and easy way to manage shelf prices, barcodes or promotions in a store or network of stores. You can change and control the displayed information in a few seconds, without the need for physical presence at the location or freezing up employees to change labels manually. The update is done instantly through the software application, through a wireless connection server.

In order to take advantage of the electronic labeling system you need to purchase: hardware (electronic labels of various sizes) + software (price on request) + Wi-Fi and BLE router + PDS scanner shelf mounting accessories.

Delivery

DesignFriends offers 3 ways to take possession of purchased items:

1. Fan Courier.

We offer FREE delivery within the territory of Romania for all orders over 300 RON, with the exception of certain remote areas/towns that result in a fee for additional kilometers. Any and all such fees are the sole responsibility of the Buyer. We deliver through Fan Courier. In case of products that are currently on stock in-house, the delivery term is 1-3 business days, with the exception of orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or bank holidays.

2. Personal collection

For personal collection, the pick-up address is Calea Calarasi Nr. 101 Street, Bucharest. In case of products that are currently on stock in-house, orders may be collected Monday to Friday between 8:00-17:00, starting with the next business day after placing the order. If products are on order from external stock, the order may be collected after receiving confirmation from us that the products were received by us.

3. Transport by DesignFriends (Available only for orders with delivery in Bucharest)

Ordered goods will be delivered by DesignFriends within the agreed delivery term, and in the case of products which are on stock in-house, starting with the next business day after placing your order. For products that are on order from external stock, the order will be shipped as soon as we receive the products and within the agreed delivery term. For all orders totaling under 300 RON, all delivery costs are the responsibility of the Buyer.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days as per our Terms & Conditions. Please send us your request for a return by email to office@designfriends.ro and a DesignFriends consultant will get back to you as soon as possible.
